This material is my own real completed Petition for writ of Mandamus to compel the Board of Immigration to act over the Motion to reopen the case based on ineffective assistance of counsel and instructions to it. You may use it as a basis or example of composing your own Petition if you are unrepresented by the attorney litigant. 
 
I highlighted in yellow everything you need to carefully replace with your personal dates and circumstances. The Point titled “Introduction” is highlighted entirely because everyone has his own circumstances and description of what has happened to his case in general. I did not want to delete it all because you need to read mine introduction and understand, relate what to write for yourself in general.
